We have our desks cluttered with notes and coffee cups, and there is always a sense of urgency during the peak seasons. We just take things one day at a time, making sure the logistics work out for everyone involved. It is practical work for people who don't mind a bit of a mess. We don't have much time for fancy talk when there are crops to move.
