Out here at Khasara No. 164/10Ramba, things stay pretty busy most mornings. We spend a lot of time looking at different seeds and making sure everything is sorted right before it goes out. It’s a bit dusty sometimes because of the location, but that is just how it goes with this kind of work. The building itself isn't anything fancy, just a practical space where we can get the job done without too much fuss. People around Ramba know where we are if they need to stop by. We have been working with seeds for a while now, so we know which ones handle the local soil better than others. It is mostly about getting the timing right with the seasons. When the rains come, the pace changes completely. Sometimes the trucks get a bit delayed on the road leading up to the gate, but we manage to get things loaded eventually. It’s not a big corporate setup with lots of meetings or anything like that. Usually, it’s just a few of us checking the bags and keeping track of what’s coming in from the fields. We keep the paperwork in the small office area near the front. It gets hot in the afternoons during the summer months, so we try to get the heavy lifting done early in the day. There is always something to sweep or organize around the yard. It’s just regular work for regular people here.
