Param Paushak Producer Company Limited is based at number 17 in Chhara, over in the Jhajjar area. We are a small group of people who wanted to put our resources together for the farming work. It's a pretty quiet spot most of the time. Chhara is a good village with people who understand what it takes to grow things. Our office is just a plain room where we keep our files and meet up after work. We aren't trying to be some big company with a lot of rules. It is more about making sure we get the right supplies and sell our produce at the right time. Being in Jhajjar means we are close enough to the markets but still out in the country. Sometimes the paperwork gets a bit confusing, but we manage to figure it out together. We don't use any big words or marketing talk because that's not who we are. We are just folks from the village who know the soil here. Most days you can find someone at number 17 if you need to talk about the company business. We try to keep the costs down so there is more left for the actual farming work. It isn't always smooth sailing, but we've been doing this long enough to handle the rough patches. We just focus on the day-to-day tasks and hope for a good season each year.
