We are over here in Khanda Kheri, which is a village in the Hansi area of Hisar. Our group is called Sir Chhotu Ram Farmer Producer Company Limited. We run things from Ram Mehar Singh’s place. It is a local setup where we mostly focus on the farming work happening around this part of Haryana. Being in a village like Khanda Kheri means we are right in the middle of the fields every day. It’s not some big office in a city. We deal with the actual ground reality of being a farmer producer company. Sometimes the weather in Hisar is too hot or too dry, but that is just part of the job. We named the company after Sir Chhotu Ram because of what he stood for in this region. We aren't trying to be fancy or use big corporate talk.
