We’re located over in Panjuanasirsa, staying at Harish Kumar’s place. If you know the area, it’s not hard to find us. We’re a farmer producer group, mostly just focusing on what’s happening in our own fields and with our neighbors. Harish handles a lot of the day-to-day stuff from his house. It’s a local operation, nothing too big or flashy. We spend a lot of time discussing the markets and what seeds are working best this year. Panjuanasirsa is a quiet spot, but we stay busy with the farming cycles. People drop by whenever they have a question or just want to see what’s new. We don’t really have set hours like a shop in town. If the lights are on, someone is probably around to chat. We just want to get the work done and make sure everyone in our group is doing okay. It’s a lot of manual work and keeping track of things on paper. Sometimes we sit outside and just watch the traffic go by while we figure out the next steps for the season. It’s a straightforward life. We aren’t trying to be anything we’re not. Just some people from the village trying to make the farming side of things run a bit smoother for everyone involved here.
