Flying Roots Infinity Farms Private Limited is based out of a house in Gurgaon, specifically H No. 1068 in Sector-23A, Palam Vihar. It’s a residential area, so it’s a bit different from your typical farm setup, but we make it work. We are right there in the middle of the neighborhood, managing the business side of things from the house. It’s a bit of a squeeze sometimes with all the files and the computer equipment, but it feels like home because it is. We spend a lot of time on the phone and online, coordinating what’s happening out on the actual farm land. Living and working in Palam Vihar means we are close to everything, which helps when we have to run errands or meet someone. The atmosphere here is pretty relaxed. We don't wear suits or have formal meetings. Most of our planning happens over tea in the kitchen or the small office space we set up. It’s a family-run feel, even if we are a private limited company on paper. We care about the plants and the roots, hence the name, and we are always looking for ways to keep things growing. Gurgaon is a fast city, but inside our walls, we try to keep things grounded. It’s just a regular house from the outside, but inside, we are busy trying to figure out the future of our little farm venture.
