Adhmi Farmer Producer Company Limited is based right here in Village Adhmi at House No. 59A. We’re in the Bapoli area of Panipat. This company is run by local farmers for the local community. We aren't some big business from the city. We are just people from the village who wanted to pool our resources. We help each other with things like buying seeds in bulk or finding better ways to sell our crops. Our office is just a regular house. We don’t have a fancy reception or anything like that. People just walk in when they need to talk. We spend a lot of time sitting around and discussing the harvest or the latest government schemes. It’s a very informal way of doing things, but it works for us. Farming is a hard life and the weather is always a worry. By working together, we feel a bit more secure. We share what we have and try to learn from each other’s mistakes. It’s not a perfect system, and we have our fair share of arguments, but we are all in it together. We’re just trying to make sure the farmers in Adhmi get a fair deal. It’s honest, local work and we’re proud of it. We just want to keep our village farming tradition alive and make it work for everyone involved.
