Zayaka Multicuisine

Our kitchen and small office are located on Bariyatu Road in Ranchi. We are tucked away in Chessire Home Lane, right at Dr. G.S. Prasad’s place. It’s a well-known spot in this part of the city. We do multicuisine food, which means we’re often very busy with a lot of different ingredients and spices every day. The kitchen gets really hot and loud, especially in the afternoons when we’re prepping everything for the evening rush. It’s a local business through and through, so we know a lot of the people who order from us by their first names. Bariyatu Road is always moving and noisy, but our lane is a bit more tucked away and quiet. We’ve got a small team of cooks and a few people who help with the cleaning and the local deliveries. It’s not a five-star hotel with a lobby, just a place where we make honest food for the neighborhood. Sometimes the orders come in all at once on a Friday night and it gets a bit chaotic in the back. We try to keep our cool and get the food out while it’s still fresh and hot. We’ve been at this for a while now and we enjoy the work. Most of our days are spent looking at the vegetables and the meat we get from the local market. We don't have a fancy dining room with waiters. It is just a basic setup where we focus on the cooking and making sure folks are fed.
