Ism,Ranchi

We are ISM and we operate out of Janki Niwas. This is located in Saket Vihar, which is part of the Barmasia area in Deoghar, Jharkhand. Our pin code is 814112. Even though we have links to Ranchi, this is our main spot for daily work. Janki Niwas is just a regular house that we have converted into an office space. It’s a quiet street, which is good because we can actually hear ourselves think. We have a few rooms filled with computers and stacks of paper. The walls have some old calendars on them. We spend a lot of time coordinating with different people across the state. Deoghar is famous for the temples, so it gets very crowded during the festival seasons, but Saket Vihar stays mostly calm. We don't have a big sign or any fancy lights. It’s just a simple place where we come to do our jobs. We usually make our own tea in the small kitchen area. Sometimes the power cuts off, but we have a small backup system that keeps the computers running for a while. We know our neighbors and they know us. It’s a very local way of doing things. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of people. It’s just a small team of us working through the tasks one by one. It’s a bit messy sometimes, but we know where everything is.
