Jet Lite , Ranchi

We are the local team for Jet Lite here in Ranchi. Our office is tucked away in New Colony, Karam Toli. It’s a pretty quiet neighborhood compared to the rest of the city. We don't have a big airport-style lounge or anything fancy like that. It’s just a simple office in a residential-looking area. Ranchi is a place where everyone kind of knows everyone else, so we see a lot of familiar faces. We handle the local paperwork and coordinate things for the airline. The desks are covered in documents and there’s always a printer humming in the background. Sometimes the internet goes out when it rains heavily, which happens a lot during the monsoon. We just wait it out and get back to work when it’s back. The office has some old chairs that aren't the most comfortable, but they do the job. We spend a lot of time on the phone with the ground staff at the airport. Karam Toli is a nice place to work because there are plenty of trees around. We don't have a corporate dress code or anything like that. We just come in and get the day's tasks sorted. It’s a steady rhythm of work. We’ve been in this New Colony spot for quite a while now. It’s not glamorous, but it is where we get the airline's business handled for this part of Jharkhand.
