We are located on the ground floor of Hotel Mantri Residency. It’s right on Itki Road, which is part of the Ratu Road area in Ranchi. If you are coming from Pisca More, it’s a very short distance. Yarana Tours And Holidays has been in this building for a while now. It’s a convenient spot because the hotel is easy to find. The office is small but it works for what we need. We spend a lot of time talking to people about their holiday plans or just helping them get a taxi for the day. There are always cars moving around out front. Ranchi 834001 is a busy part of town, so there is always noise from the street. We don’t have a big team, just a few people who know the travel business. We handle the bookings, talk to the hotels, and sort out the transport. Sometimes it gets a bit hectic when everyone wants to travel at the same time during festival seasons. We just take it one person at a time. No big promises or flashy talk here. We just tell you what the price is and what time the bus or car will show up. It’s practical work. Most of our regulars are folks from the neighborhood who have been coming to us for years. We like it that way. It’s familiar and we know what people expect from us.
