Vernon Fresh Farms Private Limited

Vernon Fresh Farms is based out of Churi Tola in Kanke. We operate from House Number 502, which is Faiz Anwer’s family place. Kanke is known for being a bit cooler than the rest of Ranchi, which is very nice when you’re dealing with fresh produce every day. We are located right on the Block Road. It’s a busy area with a lot of local people moving about. We don’t have a big fancy warehouse or a refrigerated building yet. Most of our planning happens in a small room filled with plastic crates and old registers. We spend a lot of time on the phone talking to local growers and trying to coordinate how to move stuff while it’s still fresh. It’s a lot of phone calls and constantly checking the time. Sometimes the trucks are late, or the weather doesn't cooperate, and we have to scramble to fix the schedule. That’s just how the fresh farm business is in this part of the country. We aren't polished business people; we are just guys who know the local area and want to get fresh food to the people who need it. You’ll often find Faiz or one of us sitting on the porch talking to a delivery driver or a farmer. We don’t have a website with fancy professional photos. We just have our reputation in the Tola and our hard daily work. It’s honest and tiring, and it keeps us on our toes.
