Khijri Farmer Producer Company Limited

We are based out of Sithio in Ranchi, specifically at Md. Asiruddin Ansari’s place. It's a quiet village area. Being a farmer producer company means we spend most of our time thinking about the land. We aren't sitting in high-rise offices with suits. We are usually in the dirt or talking to other farmers in the village. This group started because we needed a way to organize ourselves. Doing everything alone is tough in agriculture. We share our tools sometimes and talk about the market prices. It’s practical work. We don't have a big marketing team. It’s just us. The village life here is simple and we like it that way. If you come by, you’ll probably see us working on some documents or checking the supplies. We handle things as they come. Sometimes the weather is bad and we have to figure out what to do. Other times, things go well. It’s a mix. We’ve been here for a while and most neighbors know us. We are just a group of people from the village trying to make the farm work pay off. It takes a lot of effort to keep things running. We don't use big words or make fancy promises. We just farm and try to sell what we grow. It is a long process to get things right, but we stay at it every day because the village depends on it.
