Usri Nari Shakti Farmer Producer Company Limited is a local group we have in Tundi. We operate from House Number 01, which belongs to Mathura Mandal. It’s located right near the Sahara Office, so it’s pretty easy to find if you know that landmark. We are a group of women farmers who wanted to work together to handle our business better. We don’t have a regular office building, so we just use this house as our main meeting point. It’s a very simple and honest way of doing things. We don’t have any fancy furniture or big signs. Usually, we are just sitting together and talking about what needs to be done for the upcoming season. We deal with the seeds, the harvest, and all the little details that come with farming. Tundi is a quiet place and we like it that way. We don't have any big corporate plans or missions. We just want to help each other out and make sure our families are taken care of through our work on the land. Mathura’s place is where all the decisions happen. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded with everyone there, but it’s a good kind of busy. We are just regular people who know a lot about farming and not much about big business talk. It’s a humble setup, but it’s ours.
