If you go down to Station Road near the Gurudwara, you will find us in Gurunanak Market at shop C/4. Suhana Tour And Travels has been part of this market for some time now. Being so close to the Ranchi railway station means we see a lot of people who are just arriving or getting ready to leave. It’s a very active part of town. The market is always full of life, and there’s always someone looking for a car or a bus ticket. Our office is just a regular room with some maps on the wall and a couple of computers that sometimes run a bit slow when the internet acts up. We don't put on a show or pretend to be something we aren't. We just know the local roads and the train schedules pretty well. Usually, it's just a few of us here handling the phones and talking to drivers. People like coming here because the Gurudwara is right there, so it’s easy to find. We don't spend money on big ads. Most of our work comes from people walking by or folks who have used us before and told their cousins about it. We stay open pretty late because the station never really sleeps. It can get a bit dusty and loud with all the buses going by, but that is just how Station Road is. We’re just regular people trying to help other people get where they’re going.
