You’ll find us on the first floor of R S Market right at Mahabir Chowk. Upper Bazar is always a bit of a scramble, with all the shops and the crowds, but once you get up the stairs to our office, it’s a bit quieter. We’ve been based in this part of Ranchi for a good bit now. Mostly, we deal with people who are already out doing their shopping and decide they need to book a trip. It's a small place, nothing too special to look at. We have our desks, some old files, and the computers we use for all the bookings. Often, we are just helping neighbors or local shopkeepers organize their travel. The market gets loud in the afternoons, but that’s just life in Upper Bazar. We don’t spend much on decorating the place because we’re usually too busy with the paperwork. It’s honest work, helping people get from one place to another. Sometimes the stairs can be a bit steep if you aren't used to them. We see a lot of familiar faces coming back whenever they need to go somewhere. We keep it basic. No big speeches or anything, just travel arrangements. If you know where Mahabir Chowk is, you won't have any trouble finding us. Just look for the market building and head up to the first floor. We are usually here all day, just sorting out the tickets and checking the latest schedules.
