Samridhitrasvels(Joint Venture Of Jtdc)

Samridhitravels is a joint venture we have going with the Jharkhand Tourism Development Corporation. We are located in the H.E.C area of Dhurwa, which is a big industrial township in Ranchi. My name is Indu Kumari and I run things from our place here at B/1427/2. It’s a pretty busy part of town because of the big factories and the government offices nearby. Since we work with JTDC, we spend a lot of time organizing trips and managing the vehicles that take tourists around the state. It is a lot of logistics, like making sure the drivers are ready and the buses are clean. We have been doing this for a while and the office is usually full of maps and old registers. Dhurwa is a bit far from the main city market, but it has its own rhythm. We get a lot of local people coming in asking about bus timings or how to get to the waterfalls. It isn't a high-pressure corporate office; it’s more about sitting down with a cup of tea and figuring out the best route for the day. Sometimes the power goes out and we just sit outside for a bit until it comes back on. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, we just want to make sure that the travel part of the tourism business goes smoothly for everyone involved.
