Down here in Bokaro, things stay pretty busy at our place. We handle a mix of different things, from helping people get their travel tickets sorted to dealing with finance and demat trading stuff. People trust us because we’ve been around for a while and we don’t try to talk over their heads with big words. If you need your trading account looked at or just a bus ticket, we just sit down and get to it. It’s a bit messy with all the receipts and folders, but we know where everything is. That’s just how we run R.R.Agarwal's daily operations here in the local area. We keep some extra chairs for the regulars who just want to chat.
