Ravi Travels And Helpline

Our office is located in the Sharma Market Complex at Birsa Chowk. If you have spent any time in Ranchi, you know that Birsa Chowk is one of those places that never really stays quiet. There is always someone moving or a bus pulling in somewhere. We started Ravi Travels And Helpline to help people with their travel plans and whatever issues they might run into along the way. The office itself is not very large. It is tucked into the market complex with a lot of other shops and businesses around us. We have our computers and a few stacks of paper where we keep track of everything. A lot of our day is spent on the phone or talking to people who walk in off the street. Some people are looking for help with a bus ticket, while others might have a more complicated trip in mind. We do not have any fancy furniture or a big reception desk. It is just a practical space where we get the work done. The name Helpline is there because we often end up giving advice or helping people figure out a problem with their journey. We have been in this part of Ranchi for a long time and we are used to the rush. We just take things as they come and try to be useful to the folks who stop by our little corner of the market.
