We are based out of Gajsagar Market in the Kokar area of Ranchi. Our office is quite close to the State Bank of India, which makes it easy for people to find us when they are out doing their errands. It’s a busy little corner of the market. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or looking at schedules to help people get where they need to go. Travel can be a bit of a headache sometimes, so we just try to keep things simple and clear for everyone who walks through the door. The office isn't very big, but it’s got enough room for a couple of desks and some chairs for people to wait. Being near the bank means there’s constant movement nearby. We have been working from this market for some time now and know the area pretty well. Usually, the day starts with checking messages and ends with making sure all the bookings are sorted out. It’s a steady kind of job.
