Panoramic Universal is based out here in Khalari, which is a bit of a distance from the main Ranchi town. Khalari is known for its coal and the big railway sidings, so it’s a very industrial kind of place. We are located right in the main post area of the town. Working out here is different than working in the city. Life moves at its own pace, mostly dictated by the work in the mines and the movement of the trains. Our office is a straightforward place where we handle the daily operations of the company. There is usually a layer of coal dust on everything if you leave the windows open too long, so we spend a lot of time cleaning. We don't have a big team of people doing PR or marketing. We just focus on the tasks we have for the day, whether that is managing the site or dealing with the local logistics. It can be a tough environment because of the heat and the dust, but we are used to it. People who live in Khalari are hardworking and we try to reflect that in how we run things. We don't go for fancy talk or corporate polished images. This is just a practical business doing its work in a mining town, making sure things get done without any extra fuss or unnecessary complications.
