Neem Phool Farmer Producer Company Limited

Our group is based out of Village Badri, which is part of the Hundru Fall area. Most people know the falls because they’re famous around here, but we’re just a bit further in. Specifically, we work from the home of Baleshwar Bedia’s wife. It’s a very local setup. Neem Phool Farmer Producer Company Limited was started by people who actually live and work in these fields. We aren't in a city office building. We’re in Sikidiri, surrounded by the same land our families have farmed for years. Being a farmer producer company means we spend a lot of time talking to neighbors in the village and walking between the houses in Hundru. Our address isn't a street number in a grid; it’s more about knowing which house belongs to who. We don't have a receptionist or a big glass front door. We just have a place to meet and talk about the seeds, the weather, and how we’re going to sell what we grow. It feels right to be right here in the village instead of somewhere far away. Life moves a bit slower here than in Ranchi, but the work is still hard. We’re just a bunch of local folks trying to help each other out with the farming business. It’s simple, honest work that we do right out of our own homes in the village of Badri.
