We are located in the Co Operative Colony over in Bokaro Steel City. You can find us at number 220, where we share the space with Ramkrishna Travels. Arun Kumar is usually the one you will see behind the main desk. We have been running Namana Tourism Pvt Ltd out of this corner of Jharkhand for quite a while. It is a typical travel office setup. We have maps pinned to the walls and a couple of old computers that take forever to load anything. People come in all the time looking to plan a trip somewhere else, and it is always interesting to hear where they want to go. We hear all kinds of stories about family vacations and work trips. The colony is usually a quiet place, which is nice. We don't have a giant neon sign out front, just a simple wooden board so people don't walk past the entrance. Sometimes all the phones start ringing at the same time and it gets a bit loud. Other times it is so quiet you can hear the fan humming overhead. We don't use big fancy words to explain what we do here. We just help people get their tickets and figure out the best way to get from one city to another. We have been part of this neighborhood for a long time now. People know they can just come in and sit down.
