M/S. Pall Travels,Ranchi

We are based out of Ranchi. It’s a local travel office, nothing too big or fancy. We’ve been at this spot for some years now. Most of our day is spent talking to people about bus timings or helping them figure out how to get from one town to another. Ranchi isn't a huge city, but it gets busy. We see a lot of people coming in with questions about tickets. Our office is a bit small, and we have papers stacked up everywhere. It’s just the way we work. Sometimes the phone rings off the hook and other times it’s quiet for hours. We try to keep track of all the different routes, which can be a headache when the roads are under construction. Our staff is local, so we know the shortcuts and the best ways to travel around here. We don’t use any complicated software, just our notebooks and a basic computer. It’s an honest living. We like helping our neighbors get to where they need to go. Sometimes we have to deal with grumpy passengers, but that’s just part of the job. We don’t have any fancy brochures. Just give us a call or stop by the office if you need a ride. We are usually here till late evening. We share a tiffin lunch together around two o'clock. It's a simple life at Ranchi/12Th 07 and we don't complain much about it. We just keep the buses moving and the tickets printed.
