Our office is tucked away at number 12 in the K C Complex. Being on Kutchery Road means there is always something going on outside, especially with Kutchery Chowk right there. It’s a handy spot if you’re already in the Dipti Para area for other errands. We spend most of our day answering phones and looking up routes for folks. Ranchi has a lot of people moving around these days, so there’s always someone needing a seat on a bus or a car for a few days. We don't have a huge team, just a couple of us here making sure the bookings go through okay. Sometimes the office feels a bit cramped when it's busy, but we manage. You’ll see the sign for the complex from the street. It’s an old building, but it works for what we need. People come in with all sorts of questions about where to go and how to get there the cheapest way. We just give them the options we see on the screen. It's straightforward work. Most of our regulars are from around here, people who know the area well. We don't do anything flashy, just sit at the desks and handle the travel plans as they come in. If you are near the chowk, you can just stop by and see what’s available. We keep the printer running and the tea hot while we handle the local travel needs for the neighborhood.
