Mittals Travels

Our office is right by Mahabir Chowk, not far from Agarwal Mohalla. It’s a part of Ranchi that is always moving, so there is never a dull moment. We’ve been working from this spot for a while, helping people figure out their travel plans. It’s a simple office, tucked into the neighborhood where everyone knows each other. We don't really do the whole fancy office thing. We just have our desks and some chairs for people to sit while we look up prices. Most of our days are spent checking bus timings or looking for train seats. It’s a lot of computer work and phone calls. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded when a few families come in at once, but we make it work. Living and working near the chowk means you get to know the locals pretty well. We see the same people going to work every day. We aren't here to give you a big sales pitch. We just show you what’s available and book it if you want. It’s a small, family-style business atmosphere. If you’re walking through the area or heading toward Agarwal Mohalla, you’ll likely pass us. It’s just a normal shop where travel gets sorted out. We keep things pretty straightforward and don't try to be anything we aren't. It's just us, doing our thing in a busy part of the city, helping whoever walks through the door needing a ticket.
