Mdlr Airlines

Mdlr Airlines has its office over at K-81 in Shyamali Colony, Ranchi. It might seem a bit unusual to have an airline office in a residential colony, but it works well for us. We have been in this Jharkhand location for some time. The office is where all the behind-the-scenes stuff happens. We have a small team here who handles the scheduling, the paperwork, and all the daily logs. It’s a lot of time spent in front of computer screens. Shyamali Colony is a nice, quiet place with a lot of trees, so it’s actually a pretty good environment to work in. We don’t have a big fancy terminal feel here. It’s just a regular office with desks, chairs, and filing cabinets. We aren't into big promotional talk or anything like that. We just focus on the logistics of the airline and making sure everything is in order. It’s a lot of responsibility, and we take it seriously, but we keep the atmosphere in the office pretty relaxed. We know each other well and we just get on with the tasks. Some days the phones are ringing off the hook, and other days it’s just us working through the files. We’ve become part of the neighborhood in a way. People know where K-81 is. We just keep our heads down and do the work that’s needed to keep things running properly. It’s a simple way to run a business but it works.
