Mandarblock 4S4R Farmer Producer Company Limited

Down here in Mandar, specifically in Karanjtoli Tikotoli, a few of us started Mandarblock 4S4R Farmer Producer Company Limited. It’s run out of Binkash Oraon’s spot. His father Jhiga Oraon has been part of this community for a long time. We aren’t experts at business, but we know how to till the earth. Ranchi can get busy, but out here in Madar, life moves at the pace of the seasons. We mostly focus on what the local farmers need. Sometimes that means finding better ways to store the grain or just talking about which crops are growing best this year. It’s a lot of practical stuff. We don’t have a fancy website or a glossy brochure. We just meet up and decide what needs to happen for the harvest. There are plenty of challenges, like bugs or the rain not coming when it should. We try to handle it together. The address might sound a bit confusing with all the "toli" names, but everyone around here knows where it is. It’s just a simple setup to keep our farming community going. We don’t have many employees, just us farmers doing the work ourselves. It’s honest living. We hope to keep doing this for many years without too much fuss. That’s pretty much the whole story of our little group. We just keep our heads down and work.
