Magma Shrachi Finance Ltd. has an office located at Meopur Motors in the Rajendra Market area of Ranchi. We are right near the overbridge, which is a landmark most people in the city know. If you’re coming through Ranchi, you’ve probably passed by this market at some point. Our office is tucked in with the motor shops and other small businesses. It’s a noisy area with all the traffic from the bridge and the shoppers in the market, but we’ve gotten used to it. We handle finance stuff, mostly helping people with loans for vehicles or small businesses. It’s a lot of sitting down with people and going over their papers to see what we can do. The office isn't anything special to look at—just some chairs for people to wait in and desks for us to work at. We don’t use any big words or fancy talk; we just explain how the payments work and what the interest looks like. Rajendra Market is always crowded, so there is never a dull moment. We’ve been here for a while and most of the other shop owners know us by name. We don't have a big corporate team here, just a few local folks who know the area and the people.
