Machkhar Farmers Producer Company Limited

We are based in Machkhar village, near Pasai. It’s a quiet place in the Godda district. We mostly deal with farming stuff here. Girendar Prashad Sah is involved in the setup. We get together to manage our crops and sell what we grow. It’s hard work, especially when the weather doesn't help much. We just do our daily tasks in the fields. Most people around here know us because we’ve been in the village for a long time. There isn't much to say other than we work with the land. Sometimes we have meetings at the office to talk about seeds or tools. It’s not a big fancy office, just a place to sit and talk. We try to help each other out with the farming because it’s better than working alone. Usually, we are busy with the harvest or planting. The roads to Pasai and Poraiyahat get dusty in the summer. We are just a group of local farmers trying to make things work. We don't have a big team, just some people from the village. Life here is simple. We focus on the soil and what grows out of it. If you come by Machkhar, you'll see us working. We don't spend much time on the computer, we prefer being outside. It's just how things are done here in this part of Jharkhand. We keep going day by day. Every season brings something different, and we just adapt to it as best we can.
