Krishilajansewak Producer Company Limited is run from Chipra Guru in Ranchi. You can find us at Umesh Mahto’s house in Ward No-2. It’s right under the Ratu police station area. We are just local farmers who wanted to help each other out. The name sounds a bit official, but we are just the same people you see in the village every day. Chipra is a nice place, though the roads get muddy when it rains. We use the 835222 pin code. We spend most of our time out in the fields rather than sitting behind a desk. Umesh lets us use his space for the paperwork and storage. We deal with seeds, fertilizers, and whatever the crops need. It’s a lot of manual labor, but that’s what we know. We don't have fancy brochures or a website. If someone needs us, they just walk up to the house. Sometimes we have meetings under the big tree when the weather is nice. We talk about the price of grain and how the pests are doing. It's a very basic way of working, but it works for us. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to make sure our families in Ratu have enough. It’s a hard life sometimes, but being together as a company makes it a bit easier to handle when things go wrong with the weather.
