Our office is located right by the HEC Check Post in Doranda. We are just across the road from the Bharat Petroleum pump. It's a spot where a lot of heavy vehicles and cars pass through every single day. We handle a lot of local travel and outstation trips for families and workers from here. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a simple place for us to keep our records and meet people who need a ride. We’ve been doing this for several years now. Being near the check post means we see a lot of activity at all hours. We don't have a fancy website or a marketing department to promote us. We just have our phones and our cars. Sometimes the drivers are just waiting around for the next job, and we all sit and have some tea together. It’s a very informal atmosphere in the office. We try to be honest about our timings, though Ranchi traffic can be a real problem that we can't control. We know the roads around the HEC area and the rest of Doranda inside out. We just take things one booking at a time and try not to overcomplicate things. It’s a straightforward business with no frills or extra fluff. We are just here doing our job in this corner of Ranchi. Most of our customers are just people from the neighborhood who need to get somewhere for work or a visit.
