Ism Ranchi

Our office is located at Quarter Number B 744 in Sector 2, Dhurwa. It’s a quiet part of Ranchi, which is nice when you’re trying to get work done. We handle things for Ism Ranchi from this location. It’s basically a residential quarter turned into a workspace, so it feels very homey and lived-in. We have a few desks squeezed into the rooms and plenty of books and files everywhere. The neighbors are mostly families, so we try to keep the noise down. Working in Dhurwa is different from being in the city center. It’s a bit more relaxed. We don't have a big sign outside or anything like that. Most people who come here already know where we are. We spend our time managing schedules and talking to people who are interested in what we offer. It’s not a high-pressure environment. We take our time to make sure things are done correctly. Sometimes we sit outside during the afternoons when the weather is good. It’s just a handful of us running the show. We aren't trying to be something we're not. We just do the daily grind and make sure the bills are paid and the students are taken care of. It’s a practical way to run a business without much fuss. We just keep our focus on the paperwork.
