Indicraft Travel Company is located inside Chitrakut Apartment on Line Tank Road. It’s in A-Block, room 102. It is a bit different from having a shop right on the street because it feels more like a quiet office. We are right across from Hotel Le Lac, which is a big landmark in this part of Ranchi. Being on the first floor of an apartment building means it stays a bit quieter than the main road, though you can still hear the traffic from Line Tank Road if the window is open. We have a simple setup here with our files and some old calendars on the wall. We mostly deal with people who want to go on longer trips or need someone to handle the details they don’t want to mess with themselves. We aren't a big agency with hundreds of employees. It’s just us here, answering emails and making phone calls to different places. Sometimes the apartment stairs are a bit narrow, but once you get inside, it’s a comfortable place to sit and talk. We’ve been at this for a bit, so we know how to navigate the paperwork. People usually find us because they live nearby or they saw our board near the hotel. We don't have any big corporate goals. We just want to make sure the tickets are right and the dates match up so people don't have problems later. It is a practical way of working.
