Hotel Fortine Pandiyn (Madurai)

Our spot is actually located in Ranchi, specifically near Raju Store and the Carmel Hostel in Vidya Nager Harmu. Even though the name says Hotel Fortine Pandiyn (Madurai), this is where we manage things from here in Jharkhand. It is a quiet enough area, though it picks up when the students from the hostel are around. We spend a lot of time on the phone or working out of this space. The building is easy to spot once you get near the hostel. We have been here in Harmu for some time, and the locals know the spot well. It isn’t some big glass building with a hundred people working. It is just a regular setup where we handle the day-to-day tasks. Ranchi weather is usually okay, but when the rains come, the roads around Vidya Nager get a bit muddy. We just deal with it like everyone else does. Most of our day is spent coordinating things and making sure everything is lined up right. We don’t have fancy brochures or a marketing team telling us what to say. We just work here. People stop by Raju Store and then sometimes they see us. It’s a practical way to run a business. We focus on what needs doing today and then worry about tomorrow when it gets here. It’s simple, maybe a bit old-fashioned, but it works for us and keeps the bills paid without too much stress.
