We are located on the ground floor of Panchsheel Apartment. It is on Dr. Usha Rani Street in the Lalpur area. If you know where the BIT Lalpur Extension is, we are right across from it. Being on the ground floor makes it easy for people to just walk in off the street without having to look for an elevator or climb a lot of stairs. The street can be quite lively with all the students and office people walking around at all hours. Inside, the office is just a regular room with some workstations for us to use. We have got a few chairs for visitors to sit while we look up their travel details or print out their tickets. It is not a very large space, but we make it work for us. The walls are mostly bare, except for a calendar and a few notices we have taped up. We spend a lot of time on the computers, checking routes and seat availability. Sometimes the street noise gets a bit loud, especially when there is a lot of traffic near the university extension during the afternoon. We have gotten to know some of the neighbors in the apartment building over time. It is a nice enough spot to be. We open up every morning, get the tea going, and start working through the messages. There is no big corporate feel here, just a small team of us sitting in an apartment building office.
