Economic Travels

Shiv Bhawan is where we have our small office, right on Ratu Road. It’s quite near the Rajgharana Restaurant, so we get a lot of people passing by our door. Ratu Road is always crowded and loud, so there is never a dull moment around here. We handle travel bookings for people who need to get around Jharkhand or even further out to other states. It’s a basic operation. We don't have any leather sofas or fancy decorations in the office. Just a desk, some chairs, and a lot of incoming phone calls. Our drivers are local guys who know the shortcuts when the traffic gets really bad in the afternoons. Sometimes the cars are out all day and the office feels empty, other times it’s packed with people just chatting. We don't really go for those polished corporate looks that big companies use. We’re just a local travel shop. We spend our mornings checking the cars and making sure everyone knows where they are going for the day. Dealing with the Ratu Road traffic is the hardest part of the job usually. We’ve been here in Hehal for a while now and most people in the neighborhood know us by name. It’s just work for us, getting people where they need to go without making things too complicated. We try to be fair and just do what we said we would do. That is basically how we run things here.
