We’re set up at Chandani Chowk in Hatia, which is a busy part of Ranchi. Being part of Country Club India Ltd. means we deal with a lot of memberships and travel stuff. The office is right in the middle of the action near the market. It gets pretty loud outside with the buses and the local shops, but we’re used to it. Inside, it’s just us trying to keep the records straight. We talk to a lot of people every day who want to know about their holiday plans. Sometimes the phones are ringing off the hook and it gets a bit stressful. We don't have a fancy lobby with marble floors here. It’s just a standard office with some chairs for people to sit while they wait. We try to be honest with everyone about what we can do. Hatia is a hardworking area, and we fit in with that vibe. We aren't corporate types; we’re just local staff who live nearby. We know the best places to get snacks during the break. Running this place takes a lot of patience. We handle complaints and questions all day long. It’s not always easy, but it’s the job. We just focus on getting through the pile of work on our desks. There's always a lot to do before we can close up for the night.
