City Helpline

We are located in Renu Complex in the Bariatu area of Ranchi. If you know where SBI Depatoli is or the Booti More Chawk, then you are pretty close to where we work. It’s a bit of a hub in this part of the city. Our office is a straightforward place where we handle different kinds of help and information requests. It’s called City Helpline, and that’s basically what we do—we sit at our desks and try to be useful to the people who call or come in. The Renu Complex is a busy spot with lots of coming and going. We see a lot of the same faces from around Bariatu and Booti More. The day usually starts early and we stay busy until the evening. There isn’t anything fancy about the way we work. We have our phones, our ledgers, and our computers, and we just get through the tasks. Being near the SBI and the major chawk means there is never a dull moment outside. You can hear the city moving all day long. We’ve been in this building for a while now and we like the location. It feels connected to the rest of Ranchi. We don’t have big speeches or mission statements; we just show up and do the job that needs doing. It’s a local service for local people, run by folks who live around here and know the city well.
