Being a producer company means we spend a lot of time figuring out how to get our agricultural stuff out to the market. It's a lot of work and sometimes we get behind on the little things, but the farming side stays steady. We aren't some polished outfit from the city. Most of us have dirt under our fingernails and we talk more about the weather than anything else. Adityapur is known for other things too, but for us, it's about the land and the crops. We set this up because doing things alone was getting too difficult for the small farmers in our village. We don't have a receptionist or a big lobby. It’s just a practical setup where we meet to discuss the next season. The roads around here can be a bit rough during the monsoon, so getting things moved is always a bit of a gamble. We just keep at it every day. It’s a local effort, run by people who live right here in the neighborhood. We don't use big words or fancy promises. We just work and try to stay ahead of the bills. It’s a simple existence but it keeps us busy from morning until late at night.
