You can find us at Kishore Ganj Chawk, right on the main Harmu Road. We are very close to the Devi Mandir, which is a big landmark for everyone around here. Our office is a modest place where we spend our hours looking after travel bookings. It gets quite hectic on the road outside, but inside we just focus on the task at hand. We handle a lot of different requests, from local car rentals to longer bus trips. It’s a small team here, just a couple of us who know the ropes. We don't have any polished uniforms or anything like that. We just come in, have our morning tea, and start the day. The building is older, but it serves us well enough. People often stop in because they saw our board while walking to the temple. We talk to people plainly and tell them what the options are. There's no use in making things sound more complicated than they are. Most of the people who come to us live right here in Ranchi. They want to get from point A to point B without a headache. We do our best to help with that. It’s a basic office with some chairs and a computer, and that is about it. If you're around Harmu Road, you'll see where we are. It’s easy to spot if you know the chowk. We just keep things moving and get the travel plans finished for everyone.
