Aparna Travel

We have been sitting here at our office on Main Road for a good number of years now. If you know Ranchi, you know how busy it gets near the Over Bridge. It’s always noisy outside with the horns and people rushing to work. We started Aparna Travel because we just knew how to get things done when it comes to moving around. Our space isn't anything fancy, just a few desks and some chairs for people to sit while we figure out their tickets or car bookings. Most days, we are just busy on the phone or looking at the computer screen. Sometimes the tea man comes by and we take a break. It is a simple setup. We don't have a big team, just a couple of us who know the routes well. People from the neighborhood stop by, sometimes just to ask about train timings or how much a taxi to the airport costs these days. We don't try to act like a big corporation. We just try to get the paperwork right so nobody gets stuck at the station. Life on Main Road is fast, but inside the office, we take our time to make sure things are sorted. It’s mostly just us handling the usual travel stuff that people need help with. We like being near the bridge because everyone knows where it is. It makes it easy to explain our location to someone who is visiting the city. It’s just how we work.
