We are located in Khandi Khera, over in the Suar area of Rampur. Navdhaiya Farmer Producer Company Limited is run with the help of Amit Kumar, and it’s a very local affair. We don't have a big corporate headquarters. Our office is just a simple place where we manage the business of the local farmers. Most of us grew up here, so we know exactly what the challenges are when it comes to the soil and the weather in this part of Uttar Pradesh. We started this company because we thought it would be better if we all worked together instead of trying to handle everything alone. We don't spend our time making fancy advertisements or trying to impress people. Mostly, we are just wearing our everyday clothes and talking to our neighbors about their crops. Sometimes we have to travel around the Rampur area to see how things are going or to pick up supplies. It can be a lot of driving on dusty roads, but it’s just part of the job. We keep our records in simple books and try to stay on top of the paperwork that the government requires. It’s not a glamorous life, but it is an honest one. We just want to see the farmers in Khandi Khera doing well and being able to support their families. That is pretty much all there is to it, no big corporate talk, just us working together.
