Ujjawalaaditya Farmer Producer Company Limited sits right in the middle of Rampur Mathia village. If you’re looking for us, we are near the Rampurkla post office in the Khairah area. It’s a small operation, mostly run by people who have spent their whole lives in these fields. We don't have a big corporate office or anything. Most of the time, you’ll find us out back or talking to the neighbors about the rain and the soil. Farming in a place like this is mostly about watching the weather and hoping for the best. We put this group together to try and help each other out with the heavy lifting and getting things sold. It’s not always easy to coordinate everyone, especially when everyone has their own way of doing things. We spend a lot of time just walking between the different plots and checking on the growth. Sometimes we meet up near the police station area to talk business, but it’s mostly just informal chats. Life here in Rampur Mathia moves at its own pace. We don't use a lot of big words or complicated plans. It’s just about getting the seeds in the ground and making sure the crops have a chance.
