Sukh Pal’s place is where we keep our records and meet with the farmers. It’s not a fancy office with air conditioning and glass walls. It’s just a regular building where we can sit down and talk. The streets in Rampur South Katra can be narrow and busy, but it’s our home. We aren't looking to impress anyone with a lot of marketing talk or big promises. We just handle the business as it comes, day by day. Sometimes there’s a lot to do and other times it’s a bit quieter, depending on the season. We have a lot of respect for the hard work the farmers do, and we try to do our part from this little office. It’s a straightforward life here. We don’t use any corporate buzzwords. We just speak plainly and get our work done in the community we belong to. It is all about the local connection and making sure things run smoothly for everyone involved in the producer group.
