Chamrowa Farmer Producer Company Limited is based out of Kalrakh village, right here in the Milak Rampur area. Our main point of contact is Gendan Lal. We are a collection of local farmers who live and work in the fields around here. It’s not a complicated business. We just realized that if we pooled our resources, we could handle the ups and downs of farming a lot better. The village of Kalraw is a quiet place where most everyone is involved in agriculture in some way. We spend our days dealing with the soil, the seeds, and the unpredictable weather that comes through Rampur. There isn’t much in the way of a fancy office; we usually just meet up at Gendan Lal’s place to discuss our plans for the season. It’s honest work, and it’s what we know. We aren't interested in sounding like a big company from the city. We’re just folks who know how to grow crops and want to make sure we’re doing it right. From the planting in the early morning to the long days of harvest, we’re all in it together. We handle the administrative side of things locally, keeping it simple and straightforward. If you’re looking for us, we’re probably out in the fields or sitting under a tree talking about the next crop cycle. That’s just life in Kalrakh for us.
