Sixty Eight Metals

Our shop is tucked away behind the Vishal Complex, right across from Shree Ram Hospital here in Veraval Sapar. It’s Shop No. 4, so you have to walk back a bit to find us. We handle metals of various kinds. The shop is usually filled with the sound of things being moved around or the hum of the nearby traffic. We spend a lot of time checking inventory and talking to people who need specific parts or materials. It gets quite dusty in this part of town, so we are always wiping down the counters and the displays. It’s a simple setup. We have the space we need for the stock and a small area where we sit and do the billing. It’s not a place for sitting around and chatting, though we do have our regulars who stop by for a bit. The location is convenient for people coming from the hospital area or the main complex. We’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit since we started. There are more shops now and the road stays busier for longer. We just keep doing what we do, which is getting the right metal to the right person. Sometimes it’s a bit of a struggle to find exactly what a customer wants in the back, but we usually manage it. We don't use a lot of fancy technology, just the basics to keep things running. It’s honest work and we like being part of the Veraval Sapar community. We close up around seven most nights and head home.
