Utsav Caterers

Our place is on Prahlad Road, right across from the Tulsi Singh Centre and very close to the old Rajshree Talkies. If you know Rajkot, you know this part of the main road is always packed with people and rickshaws. It’s a lively spot to be. We have been running Utsav Caterers from here for quite some time. The building is simple, and we’ve set it up so we have enough room for all the big vessels and burners we need. Most mornings start with the delivery trucks pulling up and us unloading sacks of grain and fresh produce. It gets a bit crowded in the workspace when everyone is moving around at once. We don't really do the corporate thing with fancy titles or polished meetings. We just sit down at the table, figure out what needs to be cooked, and get to it. Prahlad Road has a lot of history, and we feel like we are a small part of that daily grind. When the movie theater nearby lets out, the street gets even busier. We just keep our heads down and focus on the orders. It’s physical work, and by the end of the day, we are usually pretty tired, but it’s what we know how to do. We prefer the practical side of things, like making sure the spices are ground right and the portions are correct for the guests. We don't have much to show off other than our workspace.
