Focus Event Management

Our office is located at 1 Vraj Complex, right across from the Haveli in the Panchnath Plot area of Rajkot. It is a central spot which makes it easy for people to find us when they are out doing their regular shopping or visiting the temple. We have been running Focus Event Management from this building for a few years. It’s not a large space but it works for what we do. Usually, it’s just a couple of us sitting here surrounded by clipboards and lists of things that need to be delivered. The stairs up to the office can be a bit steep if you aren't used to them. We spend a lot of time coordinating with different people like decorators and caterers who are always coming and going. Rajkot is a place where events happen all year round, so there is rarely a quiet moment in this office. Sometimes we are out on-site more than we are here at Vraj Complex. We handle the logistics and the boring stuff that people don't want to deal with themselves. There is no magic to it, just a lot of checking and re-checking every detail. If a light bulb goes out or a chair is missing, we are the ones who have to fix it quickly. It is a messy job sometimes but someone has to do the heavy lifting to make things work. We just keep moving forward one day at a time.
