R V Event & Promotion is located at 112/A Sumrudhi Bhuvan. We are right opposite the Bombay Petrol Pump on Gondal Road here in Rajkot. If you are driving down Gondal Road, you really can’t miss the petrol pump, so finding us is usually pretty simple. Our office in Sumrudhi Bhuvan is where we handle all the promotions and event planning. It’s a bit of a busy road, so there’s always the sound of traffic in the background. We don't have any fancy decorations in here, just the stuff we need to work. We spend a lot of our time out on the street or at different venues making sure everything is set up the right way. Rajkot is a big place and we cover a lot of ground. We aren't a corporate giant, just a local team that knows how to get things noticed. Sometimes it feels like we are always running behind, but we always manage to catch up before the event starts. We don't use a lot of big words or make promises we can't keep. We just tell people what we can do and then we go out and do it. It’s a lot of manual work and late-night coordination. We’ve been at this address for a while and the people around here are used to seeing us moving boxes and banners around. It’s just our daily routine and we are used to it.
